Bill Frain
CEO
  • Bill Frain held the position of Senior Vice President for L-3 Security & Detection Systems (SDS), the world’s leading supplier of security inspection systems.
  • L-3, is a global aerospace and national security company with approximately 38,000 employees worldwide and 2017 sales of $11 billion. L3 SDS is a major supplier and integrated solutions provider to markets worldwide including; US Government Agencies, critical infrastructure facilities, airports and aviation authorities, ports and borders and other transportation. Mr. Frain led global sales, business development and key account management for L3 SDS. Mr. Frain joined Vivid Technologies, Inc. in 1993, and as the CFO, led the public offering for the Company in 1996. Vivid was a pioneer in the security industry developing a high throughput automated screening system for explosives in checked baggage. Mr. Frain has also served as part of the management team for PerkinElmer / L-3 Technologies Security & Detection Systems, Inc. for the past twenty-five years in a variety of capacities including General Manager, CFO, product line management and global sales & field service support.
Daryl Rebeck
Chairman
  • Daryl has over 15 years of capital market experience and an established international financial network. He was a Vice President and Senior Investment
  • Advisor with Canada’s largest independent investment bank, Canaccord Genuity, where he was responsible for raising significant risk capital for growth companies, with a particular focus on natural resources and medical technology. Daryl has since worked to provide management expertise and grow shareholder value for organizations he has worked with. He served as Senior VP of Corporate Finance of TSX listed Auryn Resources, a $250 million market cap mining NYSE listed exploration company.

    Previous to this Daryl was a consultant of corporate finance with Cayden Resources Inc., which was sold to Agnico Eagle Mining Limited for $205 million in November 2014. He is currently President of Boston-based LexaGene, a company that is currently bringing the first ever automated genetic analyzer to market for food safety testing and veterinary diagnostics.

  • Omar brings to DrawDown over 20 years of progressive international accounting experience within the public and private markets and was most recently holding
  • the CFO position of a TSX.V listed company.
Jay Adelaar

  • Jay has over 10 years of capital market experience and was the VP of Investor Relations for an NYSE.A / TSX listed company.
Howard Sidman
Director
  • Howard Sidman is the founder and President of DKL International. Mr. Sidman, a 1973 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, has held a variety of senior posts
  • in the United States Navy, culminating in senior executive positions from 1986 to 1995 in Departments of State and Defense during the Reagan, Bush and Clinton administrations. After attending the National War College and earning a Masters Degree in 1989, he was named Naval Advisor to Secretary of State James Baker.
Kevin Hackett
Vice President, Business Development
  • Kevin recently retired as Assistant Commissioner from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The majority of his 31-year career with the national police force was focused on organized crime.

  • In 2014, Kevin became the Chief Officer of the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC), the province’s “anti-gang police agency” and the largest integrated police program in Canada. Through his leadership, CFSEU-BC excelled in the development of effective programs and strategies to combat gang and gun violence.

    In 2018, he was appointed the Criminal Operations Officer for Federal, Investigative Services and Organized Crime. In this role, he had oversight of a large portfolio which included the RCMP ’s Police Support Services, Criminal Intelligence, National Security, CFSEU-BC, and the provincial Major Crime units in BC. The position served as a single point of control and co-ordination of all investigative, intelligence and specialized RCMP resources within the province of BC.

    Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science from Eastern Michigan University. He is currently a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and an alumnus of the Leadership In Counter Terrorism Program.

Charles H. Ramsey
  • Commissioner Ramsey brings over fifty years of knowledge, experience and service in advancing the law enforcement profession in three different major city police departments, beginning with Chicago,
  • then Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. A native of Chicago, Illinois, he began his career in 1968, at the age of 18, as a Chicago Police cadet.

    Commissioner Ramsey has been at the forefront of developing innovative policing strategies and leading organizational change. He is an internationally-recognized practitioner and educator in his field and is Past President of both the Police Executive Research Forum and the Major Cities Chiefs Association and is the only police professional to receive the Leadership Award from 3 major law enforcement organizations; the FBI National Executive Institute, Police Executive Research Forum and the Major Cities Chiefs Association. In 2014, President Barrack Obama chose Commissioner Ramsey to serve as co-chair of the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing. In 2017, he was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf to serve as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. He currently serves as the Principal Deputy Monitor for the Federal Consent Decrees in Baltimore and Cleveland and is a Founding Partner in the consulting firm 21st Century Policing Solutions, LLC. He also serves as a Law Enforcement Analyst for CNN.
Craig J. Callens, C.O.M., M.S.C.
  • Craig has extensive experience in policing and law enforcement, having served for 32 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). He retired at the rank of Deputy Commissioner as Commanding
  • Officer of the British Columbia RCMP, the largest RCMP division in the country, where he had oversight and responsibility for all RCMP operations and administration in the province. Over the course of his career, Craig held a number of specialized investigative and operational command positions of increasing responsibility throughout BC before assuming a variety of executive positions, including as a member of the RCMP’s National Senior Executive Committee. Craig was an active member of the British Columbia and Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) and was the CACP Director for British Columbia for four years. He has chaired and served on a number of boards, including Chair of the Board for the Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia from 2011 – 2017.

    The third of four generations of RCMP members in the Callens family, Craig maintains a keen interest in policing and public safety. Among other Honours and Awards, he is the recipient of the Governor General of Canada’s Order of Merit of the Police Forces (Commander level) and the Meritorious Service Cross.
Rick Stanley
  • Rick is a former Massachusetts Chief of Police with over 38 years of experience in law enforcement with extensive contacts on the East Coast. Rick heads the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association.
John Frain
  • John Frain is currently the Senior Security Director for the NFL team, Cleveland Browns. He has over 28 years of experience with the FBI in Washington, DC, Chicago and Cleveland.
Hubert Richard
  • Hubert is the President of Effix Corporate Partnerships. Effix is the exclusive advertising and sponsorship sales agency for the CH group, including the Montreal Canadiens, the Bell Centre, & its major festivals.

  • They also have mandates with various other organizations such as Six Flags and Oxford Properties. Having spent close to 20 years developing partnerships with numerous brands and properties, Hubert's network is well established in the Sports & Entertainment Industry especially in North America but also in Europe.
John Hiller
  • John is a real estate and government affairs executive in Milwaukee, WI. He is founder and principal of JM Hiller Consulting LLC, a firm that specializes in government affairs, political consulting and event production. John would be immediately tasked with helping us in DC to drive budget/funding opportunities.
Arjun Grewal
  • Arjun is currently the Business Analytics Global Cloud Operations Lead with IBM. A 19- year veteran of the Canadian Forces, Arjun served 12 years with the Canadian Special Forces on numerous front-line
  • operations at home and abroad up until his retirement in 2018. He will be tasked to advise and assist the Company with military and other tactical applications for the technology as well as seek out new and emerging market opportunities.
